Virtual advice surgeries for charities

Since we started out in 2002, Creative Concern has been dedicated to working with charities from across the UK, tackling a whole range of different creative communications challenges.

From small, locally-focused charities providing much-needed services to some of the biggest household charity brands, we have helped to create and strengthen charity brands, devise effective campaigns, engage colleagues and reach out to donors and supporters.

Virtual advice surgeries

We believe that its better when we all stick together, and that's why we're always happy to share our knowledge, offer a fresh perspective or simply be a sounding board for anyone with a remit for marketing or communications within a charity.

And whilst its hard for us to get together face to face right now, we're really excited to be able to keep offering this support, with Creative Concern's virtual advice surgeries.

Advice, support or fresh thinking on:

- fundraising and communications campaigns; how to nurture a brilliant idea, how to make them fly and overcoming any challenges

- brands; new or existing

- digital communications, including your charity's online presence, how you're using social media right now, and new platforms that it might be worth considering

- content; how to get the very most from your charity's content, exploring new formats and approaches and how to engage the whole organisation so you ave the best content strategy possible

- film; how to keep (or make!) film a central part of your communications during socially distant times

- internal communications; keeping colleagues engaged, motivated and supporting you with your wider brand and marketing mission

If you book in (details on how to do that below), we'll get straight back in touch to find out a little more about what it is you'd like to discuss and get our advice on. Then we'll organise the surgery session (usually around 30mins, but we're flexible!) with the right senior member of the Creative Concern team (or even a couple of us!) to help you out. These can be over video conferencing or telephone, whatever suits you best.

There's no obligation, and no charge. We just really like meeting new people and wrapping our brains round a new challenge - even if it is over video or phone right now!

Would you like a free advice surgery session?

1. Click the link to go to our Calendy page. There you can book a slot into our diaries directly, at a time to suit you

2. We'll then get in touch, and we might ask you to fill out a really short brief sheet (it will only take a minute or two, we promise!) This just helps get us in the right headspace for the surgery.

3. One of Creative Concern's senior team will carry out the surgery. Depending on your need, that might be one of our Directors, our head of design, our head of digital, our senior copywriter.... we'll find the right person to fit your needs.

Thats it! Hopefully you'll get an extra boost from the surgery, and we'll be able to help you out. And we'd love to keep in touch, so don't forget to follow us on social media (Twitter, Instagram or Linkedin) or join our e-newsletter list if you can.
