Making work that matters since 2002

Creative Concern believes that creative, compelling and compassionate communications can make the world a better place. For us, great ideas and good values go hand in hand. We care about what we do. We care about what you do.

Since we started out back in 2002, we’ve grown from a team of 2 to 30, working together to develop powerful and effective creative communications. We’re a full service agency; as at home devising marketing strategies, PR campaigns and social media content as we are creating brands and design work, making films and delivering digital projects.

We have an incredible set of clients. As an ethically driven agency, it’ll come as no surprise to learn that they’re all involved in great work in the sustainability, environment, arts, culture, placemaking, community and social issues sectors. And based in Manchester, we have clients down the road, in the UK and across the world. Creative Concern is also a member of DNS – a European network of likeminded agencies, linked by our ethical and sustainable outlook, as well as our creativity.

Critically, we’re all about results. We take time to fully understand your audience and aspirations to develop work that can be integrated into existing activity, as well as having the strength to standalone.

We love a new challenge, so give us a ring or drop us a line and see what we can do for you…

We say we’re a ‘full service agency’, but what does that actually mean? Explore everything we do, from campaigns and content to branding and film and find out what we could do for you.

The sectors we specialise in

At Creative Concern, we're proud to specialise in helping many charitable, not for profit and public sector organisations to deliver incredible communications that really do help to change the world. Click below to explore the work we're proud to have done for some of our clients.

Good causes

We get behind the charities, events, campaigns and causes that we really care about. Some of these we’re lucky enough to work on, but others appeal to our beliefs, priorities and aspirations. Take a look, we’d love you to get involved too...
