When a brand new Regional Adoption Agency was formed by bringing together five local authority adoption teams from Manchester, Stockport, Salford, Trafford and Cheshire East, a new name and brand was needed… and fast.
The teams had never worked together in such a close way, and the challenge was to bring everyone together under a name that they could own, one that resonated with adopters and that felt distinctive in a competitive market.
After stakeholder engagement with staff, prospective and current adopters, we came up with the name ‘Adoption Counts’. We developed the website, launched a social media campaign and produced a range of marketing materials. We also ran a launch campaign in an incredibly short time frame, with creative and messaging for outdoor and digital advertising hitting the streets a few weeks after the initial brief.
