A creative approach was needed to help the Cystic Fybrosis Trust team communicate to young people about their transition into adult care. The lighthearted character-led concept really resonated with the audience, helping the charity present a complex, and often emotionally charged, topic in a less intimidating way.
Transition packs were created for both the young people and their carers, each with a slightly adapted visual tone. On our recommendation the young person's guide was also replicated online, with accompanying animations and graphics. Additional resources were also designed and developed and made available for download. Finally, to signal the launch of the new resources, we created a series of social animated shorts for the Trust to promote across their channels.
