We worked with the team at the University of Salford to create a campaign for their new food and drink offer. The new offer is delivered in-house, across three campuses for students, staff and visitors.
Under the new name ‘Eat and Drink on Campus’ the campaign celebrates the new menu with an emphasis on locally sourced produce, a more sustainable approach and a more diverse, international menu offer. With many dishes made on site, the new offer uses seasonal ingredients and supports local growers.
