The Treloar's charity provides an outstanding specialist school and college for physically disabled children and young people, helping them to be as independent as possible. We were super proud to be commissioned by the charity to design and develop its new website.

The charity had recently updated its brand and we were tasked with bringing it to life online. The existing site was pretty extensive – with over 600 pages of content and four different levels of navigation.

We worked with the team to re-structure and rationalise the online content as well as defining clear user journeys and key landing pages. During the research phase, we held workshops with young people who use the services and discovery sessions with multiple teams across the organisation. And we extensively user-tested the site content and structure, engaging nearly 100 people in various usability tests.
