Promoting a shift to 'digital first'

Salix, the housing group, needed a refreshed brand and a new website and intranet to encourage a significant shift to ‘digital first’ interactions by their customers. It was going to require a real change in behaviour. The online experience had to retain the Salix brand values and ensure customers still felt cared for and valued, whilst having considerably less direct contact with Salix team members.

We brought our experience in this sector to work with Salix customers, through workshops, consultation exercises, testing sessions and ongoing communications to create a stronger, more contemporary brand and develop, design and build a new website and intranet. All of this was complemented by an offline campaign to support the move to more digital interactions.

“We worked with Creative Concern to deliver both our website and intranet. Despite tight deadlines the team was great at ensuring we stayed on track and this was achieved with comprehensive project planning and management. They also allowed for flexibility and creativity within the process – which was key for us. They managed to deliver the product we wanted, on time and on budget with fantastic results.”
