King’s College Hospital Charity is dedicated to supporting life-changing care for patients at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The Charity approached Creative Concern to develop their new brand and online presence, transforming the way the Charity communicates, and increasing levels of fundraising and engagement.

What followed was programme of quantative and qualitative research and brand analysis, leading to the development of a new brand and strategy. The brand reflects the Charity’s focus on ‘changing lives through pioneering care’ and the need to appeal to a broad range of potential donors.
The brand also includes a series of specially commissioned photographic images. It stands out within the busy hospital environment, using a signature colour and expressive brand treatment as a highlight to showcase the amazing work of Kings and the difference that supporting the charity can make. The charity is known for its innovative and pioneering work and the brand reflects their ambitious and creative spirit.

Creative Concern has also developed the Charity’s new website, annual report and a range of high impact launch graphics currently being rolled out across the hospital sites. Creative Concern also produced a suite of design templates, and tone of voice and brand guidance to enable the in-house team to work with the new brand going forward.
The Kings Charity website is built using the Drupal CMS with a custom branded theme, fully branded online donations and direct debit forms using the Rapidata online fundraising platforms.
