Working at Creative Concern
We live by our values. We are energised, always looking at new ways to progress our vision, inspire our clients and create brilliant work. We’re collaborative. As a team, with our clients, we love to learn from each other. We’re open to new ideas, new ways of looking at the world to create work that matters. And we’re proud. We take pride in what we do, because it’s always for a good reason. There are no half measures when it comes to getting the job done.
As for the day-to-day, it’s great a place to work. I guess we would say that, but it is.
As a company, Creative Concern offers a fair few perks such as volunteering opportunities, personal training budgets, training leave, a Big Day Out*, free eye tests, team lunches, creative guest speakers and a bike to work scheme.
But more than that, it’s the work we do and the clients we do it for. We do good things for good people. And that feels pretty amazing.
We also support students with mentoring and portfolio reviews, support good causes and charities and are actively working towards net zero. Take a look at our positive impact page for more on what we’re up to.
You can work from our office in central Manchester or you can work from home. Or can do a bit of both. We have a monthly team conference where we all get together to discuss everything Creative Concern, from company-wide issues and new ideas to sharing what everyone’s been up to. There’s also lunch and often booze (after work, obviously).
And yes, you even get your birthday off. Go celebrate!
*Disclaimer: it’s quite big. More Yorkshire Sculpture Park than a quick jaunt to Paris.
